    Pharmaceutical Account Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual who enjoys working with clients to meet needs and manage expectations. The Pharmaceutical Account Manager manages client relationships and oversees programs throughout the entire program lifecycle including, design, implementation and refinement. This role requires precise attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with various internal groups such as the sales and project management teams, as well as external client partners.

    Responsibilities
  • Maintain day-to-day client relationships and respond to client needs
  • Serve as internal advocate for client processes and requirements
  • Resolve program issues
  • Coordinate with multiple internal groups to identify and meet client needs within program framework
  • Track program progress
  • Deliver status reports and presentations to clients

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant prior work experience required; previous experience in Account/Client Relationship Management role preferred
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, strong in cultivating relationships (e.g. diplomacy, flexibility, adaptability, can-do attitude, win-win approach)
  • Willingness to travel domestically on a monthly basis
  • Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
