    Project Manager
    We are seeking a bright, dynamic, process- and detail-oriented individual who enjoys leading and collaborating with cross-functional small teams to deploy both long-term and short-term projects. The Project Manager helps manage client projects from design to implementation and tracks ongoing projects through completion. You will work cooperatively with a team of client-facing Account Managers within the Pharmacy Account Management Department to ensure the success of each program. As each pharmacy account manager is responsible for all projects across several different pharmacy clients, the successful candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities in their support of the pharmacy account manager.

    Additionally, you will be supporting the Business Development Group/Sales Development Group within Adheris to provide business plan and proposal development support to the Adheris National Sales Force.

    Responsibilities
    This position provides support in working with both the Chain Account group and Sales Support.

    Pharmacy Chain Accounts:
  • Develop expertise about existing Adheris processes and identify ways to adapt these processes to meet program objectives
  • Communicate program details across multiple internal groups through a variety of channels, including web-based work orders, phone, e-mail, and live meetings
  • Assist in implementing programs in consultation with other team members and internal staff
  • Troubleshoot during the implementation process
  • Check letter proofs from OPS
  • Follow-up with chains on opt-out requests
  • Monitor chains’ weekly export reports
  • Check letter seeds for all new programs to ensure quality
  • Recommend process improvements for more efficient project timelines

  • Business Development/Sales Support
  • Assist in tracking proposals and contracts through the Adheris internal review process (Workflows)
  • Assist in the preparation of sales decks as needed
  • Preparation of new business proposals for the Adheris National Sales Force
  • Sales account detail management
  • Updating weekly and monthly sales reports in Excel
  • Act as the liaison between sales and marketing to send e-mail blasts to clients on new Adheris product offerings
  • Disseminate and track sales materials to the Account Directors force as needed

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant prior work experience required
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Experience working with quantitative data and numbers
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly within a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with an outside sales force a plus
