Shafali is a successful finance executive with a track record of leading high-performing finance and operations teams in diverse industries.

Her breadth of experience includes managing finance functions for public and private companies in the pharmaceutical, software, automation, and semiconductor industries.

 

Shafali joined the Adheris Health team in January 2021 as a Senior Director to manage the transition and integration of financial systems after the acquisition of Adheris Health by MedAdvisor. She designed and implemented financial controls and compliance protocols to comply with the regulatory requirements for an Australian-listed company. She was promoted to the position of Controller in June 2021, and most recently to the position of the Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for US accounting, financial modeling and capital management, product and services pricing, business analytics, tax and treasury, and financial administrative operations.

 

Prior to joining Adheris Health, Shafali held various executive positions in several public companies including Syneos, SunGard Capital Markets, iBasis, and Brooks Automation.

 

She has an MBA in Finance from California State University, Hayward.
