She has created and implemented a wide range of people & culture initiatives as well as developed and mentored teams of people and culture professionals. She has significant experience in change management, employee relations, compliance, and talent management.
 

Susan will oversee the people & culture operations including workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee development, rewards, and benefits.  
 

Susan earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Lesley University.
